The Rethink Local Meet Up - Ottawa Committee is thrilled to invite you to Yoga for All Levels with Zoe Stikeman. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or have never touched a mat, this morning is for you. 🌸
*Please note we are meeting in the south end of Riverain Park (exact map coordinates below).

Who: Anyone diagnosed with breast cancer
When: Sunday June 28th, 2026 from 10:00AM - 12:00PM
Where: South end of Riverain Park - We'll meet at the park entrance from Prindiville Street, close to Poet’s Pathway in the south end of Riverain Park.
This event is free for the breast cancer community to attend, but RSVP required!
Getting there: Take Prindiville St off North River Rd. into the park
Meeting Spot Coordinates: 45°25'26.1"N 75°40'02.2"W - Google Maps
Via transit: Bus stop at North River Rd and Queen Mary Street
Parking: Free on-street parking available on Prindiville St and North River Rd
Public Parking Lot at 400 North River Road (10-15 min walk to meeting spot)
WHAT TO EXPECT:
🧘♀️ The Morning Flow
10:00 AM – 11:00 AM | Yoga for All Levels
Take an hour to breathe, stretch, and reset. Our instructor will guide us through a gentle sequence designed to honor your body’s journey. No experience? No problem! We’re all about comfort and modifications.
☕️🥐👯♀️ 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM | Coffee, Snacks & Soulful Chat
After we find our zen, stick around! We’ll have fresh coffee and delicious snacks provided. This is the perfect time to mingle, share stories, and soak up the park views.
📝 What to Bring
• A yoga mat. * if you don’t have one let us know in the registration questions, and we can provide!
• A water bottle.
• Your beautiful self!
